Job Responsibilities:-
Responsible for the implementation of overall production/ Quality assurance and managing workforce in shifts.
Testing of PVC additives – bulk density, specific gravity, moisture content, PbO content, ash content, mesh of powder, calcium content, free fatty acid content. Drawing samples and maintaining records, test report making while dispatching of materials.
Handling batch process reaction of Tri-basic lead sulphate, Di-basic lead phthalate, Di-basic lead stearate, Lead stearate, calcium stearate, ca-zn stabilizers, one pac, litharge. Filter operation through centrifuge, Drying operation through Tray dryer, Thermopac temperature controlling, grinding.
Overall calculation of all incoming and outgoing materials monthly, Passing information about stocks to the senior daily, maintaining standards of all products according to customers.
Maintenance of plant machinery – cleaning the parts of machines by air blowing, belt checking, greasing of bearing timely, oil check of gear box, daily checking coolant of generator, mobile oil level, diesel level. Thermopac cleaning, feed thermopac oil/steam when the level of steam is low.
