Responsible for developing and implementing compounding formulations of UPVC material & CPVC materials by using High-Speed Mixers and later into Pelletizer machine to set their required characteristics property like VST, Density, MFI, SRT.
Perform these compounded materials into the Injection-Molding machines for processing and set the machines accordingly to the new compounding formulations and development of new formulations as required according to its color matching.
Responsible for developing new production process methods based on their application & formulation of production, also handled the Prasad Group of Automation for High Speed Mixers.
