Job Profile:
Responsible for developing and implementing compounding formulations of UPVC material & CPVC materials by using High-Speed Mixers and later into Pelletizer machine to set their required characteristics property like VST, Density, MFI, SRT.
Perform these compounded materials into the Injection-Molding machines for processing and set the machines accordingly to the new compounding formulations and development of new formulations as required according to its color matching.
Responsible for developing new production process methods based on their application & formulation of production, also handled the Prasad Group of Automation for High Speed Mixers.
Minimize the Injection-Molding defects of the articles by changing the additives required and by changing the injection-molding machines parameters and then submit those articles in QC Lab for testing of those articles mainly acceptance test by HPT.
Optimizing the Injection-Molding machine of tonnage 110-150T of Ferromatic-Milacron & 150-1000T of Haitian Machinery & 50-250T of SM & 110-350T of Windsor for PVC, CPVC, PP, Nylon & ABS and utilizing to maintain product quality with set standards.
