Working in different innovative projects with an aim of manufacturing good quality,cost effective and advanced variety of Masterbatches (Mostly filler and additive master batch ).
Independently handling one Twin screw Extruder during both trial and commercial production.
Handling one Monolayer Blown film machine for taking trials of the Masterbatches.
Works in Quality Control Department for handling the man power and quality control
of incoming raw materials, packaging bags, liners and finished Products etc.
Preparation of Approved grades of raw materials list, Raw material Quality plan,
Purchase specification, Specifications for Standard Products, TDS & MSDS of finished products .
Handling customer complaints with its thorough analysis and identifying the root cause, action plans to be taken for the development of the company. And also sending complaint analysis report to Executive Director, R&D Manager and Sales dept.
