Company Profile: manufacturing resins, building system for UPVC windows, PVC compounds.
Plant consisting of various compounding machineries such as Banbury mixer, Farrell continuous mixer and twin-screw extruder (Reifenhauser, Cabra), Buss kneader and all processes are PLC controlled.
The products are mainly for automotive segment for OEMs like Maruti, Hyundai, TATA, GM, and Wire & Cable segment for Havels, KEI, Oman; Medical segment like Terumo Penpol and Colour concentrates.
Chief Responsibilities:
Responsible for the overall Production of the machines to improve reliability of the machines, preparing documents and implementing a general routine preventing maintenance.
Achieving Production schedule and ensuring proper use of manpower.
Organizing and implementing methods to meet work schedules for prevent LOSS.
Liable for requisition of materials and supplies ensuring that Production department has enough materials & chemicals thus avoiding downtime due to unavailability of these items.
Accountable for Production planning and activities are properly carried out and performed within the time given.
Using of software in reporting Production results and maintaining inventory accuracy.
