Responsible for the preparation of Production and Packing plan as per Sales Requirement, management and Control.
Responsible for achieving of Production and Quality Target, troubleshooting & Decision making, process development. Responsible for maintaining and improve product quality and productivity. Responsible for deciding Process Parameters for different grades, to develop & freeze the parameters for new grades.
Responsible for Plant, on plant safety. Co-ordinate with the Heads of other department. Ensure no resources depletion and safe practice at all the aspects of activities.
In critical condition of Plant, has the authority to stop the plant.
Responsible for optimum use of man, machine & material, to reduce or maintain (budgeted or standard) raw material and utility consumption ratios, energy conservation and injury reduction by improving safety.
