Job Profile:
Planning, execution and evaluation of various production related activities to ensure uninterrupted quality production with SOP.
Ensure time shutdown and start up of plant. Shutdown job preparation
Timely handover of equipment to service department. Co-ordination with service department to ensure timely completion of job.
Start up preparation and stabilization. Compliance to all statutory regulations. Monitor and ensure compliance in the shifts. Achievement of budget norms. Monitor the norms and guide the team to take corrective measures in the shift.
Carry out leak check and take corrective action. Ensure daily checklists are followed and corrective measures are implemented against the deviation.
Ensure quality of products and Standard operating parameters are followed.
Operating parameters are maintained within the operating range and in case of deviation corrective measure are taken to bring the parameters back to range (troubleshooting)
Safety of plant, equipment's and environment. Ensure safety systems are in place. Ensure Corrective actions are taken against non conformists. Also ensure the offloading of Raw Material & Chemicals would take place smoothly as per production need.

Achievements/Modifications/Implementation:
Increase in production capacity by reduction in stripping, polymerization and agglo batch cycle time.
Increase in powder production output through dryer from 1.6 T/hr to 1.9T/hr.
Reduce coagulant consumption by change in recipe.
Installation of dehumidifier to remove moisture from inlet air to dryers.
Reduced the cleaning frequency of reactors.
Team leader of HSO project to use sulfuric acid as coagulant for cost reduction
