Focus on Tool Maintenance:
Reverse Engineering and manufacturing of Tool inserts under situations like - non availability of Tool drawing in case of Transfer Tooling.
Experience in assembly & maintenance of various type of Hot Runner System. (Husky, Mould Master, YUDO, Synventive, M Form etc.)
Knowledge in latest techniques in molding like Cavity Pressure Sensors, Dual injection molding etc.

Hands own experience in using conventional machine like Lathe, milling m/c, grinding m/c. And Non Conventional m/c likes EDM Sparking. 
Documentation work for insert stock list and follow ISO procedure to introduce and amend formats.

Focus on Tool Manufacturing: 
Interpretation of Tool drawing and providing adequate instruction for process planning.
Machine selection, man power allocation and planning schedule to complete Tool Assembly within announced lead time.
Final touchup (machining work) on the inserts during first assembly of molds.
Attending First trial and all follow up action for dimensional correction, and required modification of the part as per Customer requirements.
Trouble shooting during the mold testing stage along with Process Engineer.
