Job Profile:
Responsible for day-to-day planning of activities as per instruction of plant manager, work in a team to ensure daily production targets are achieved, allotment of work as per availability of raw material, man power and priorities given to optimize production during shift hours.
review SOP's & documentation as per WHO, cGMP requirements, engaged in performance monitoring of all key elements of materials management including taking corrective action wherever appropriate.
Supervise, plan and execute production operations and process activities; undertake ideal resource deployment, machine scheduling, man power planning and work delegation to achieve set production targets. 
Monitor shifting of raw materials /intermediates / respective plant to fulfill the delivery schedule. Monitoring of compliance of process parameters to ensure proper quality and yield.
Review and insist on S.O.P.s, Quality standards, guidelines and good manufacturing practices; initiate corrective actions on deviations observed.
Communicate all critical information on process / quality to relevant team members to guarantee product quality; conduct online operation checks, entries in BMR at regular intervals and update all process records.
Evaluate and update guidelines and statutory requirements on a periodic basis. Make corresponding adjustments or incorporations in product formula/ process flow as applicable.
Impart technical guidance and training to workers on documentation; ensure cleanliness and maintenance of department as per standards and aesthetics.
Having working knowledge about Pilot plant.
Execute the Trail & Process validation batches with closely monitoring.
Coordinating to other related departments like MAINTENANCE, QA, QC&WARE HOUSE
