Job Profile:
Reporting to production department head and works manager.
Managing the workers, operators and subordinates.
Setting machines’ parameter and fine tune the process to ensure productivity for different products, various grade raw materials and other additives.
Raw material, rework and rejection & break down time analysis.
Quality system management and QC/QA, production, ISO 9001:2008, ISI & EN documentation and continual improvements day to day with help subordinates.
Adding various raw materials for different products to reduce manufacturing cost & improve quality like
Reprocess materials, impact modifiers, fire retardant, rodent repellent (anti rodent) master batch & other Additives after testing their properties.
