Job Profile:
Incoming material Inspection -Testing of incoming raw materials including HP, CP, Additives & Master batches as per ASTM standard test methods and packaging material such as corrugation box, flange, End cup, Paper core,  End fitment & wooden pallet etc. as per  AQL method In process inspection - All jumbo roll according to product specification or customer need for thickness,Gsm, optical properties mechanical,thermal properties, wetting tension and physical defect etc.Final inspection - Responsible for quality assurance of jumbo slitted roll for various slitting defect, roll geometry flatness of the web tension  of final product. Also  testing of Metallized Thermal  film.Maturation study of final products,Customer Complaint Analysis, Competitor sample Evaluation,Data analysis, and ensuring confirming & nonconforming material and feedback to Production, report generation. Calibration of Lab Equipment
