To ensure the Quality of Incoming Parts by monitoring the quality of incoming parts at receipt inspection. Monitoring Inspection as per specified norms according to Inspection Standard & drawings.
Final Quality Assurance:-
To ensure the final quality of component by proper inspection dimensional, visual, functional and testing as per specified norms according to quality Norms, control plan, and customer’s specific requirements.
QA Documentation Support:
Amendment of various Qualities related documents i.e. Procedures and Work Instructions as per requirements for betterment.
Customer Complaints & Counter Measures:-
Verification and implementation of various counter measures and corrective actions taken for Customer Complaints.
Verification and implementation of various counter measures and corrective actions taken for in process non conformities and defects observed in process by using various tools i.e. Ishikawa, Pareto, WHY-WHY Analysis, 7 – Step, and customer’s defined tools.
Taking Corrective and Preventive action against process and field failure and ensure its implementation.
Knowledge Of Instruments:
Basic measuring instrument (Vernier, Micrometer, Height gauge, Snap gauge, Air Ring gauge, Plug gauge, Bevel Protectot, Profile Projector etc).
