Job Profile :
Working As On Testing And Quality Control Of PVC, TPR, PP, TPE Compound.
Testing as per iso and ASTP standard.
Good knowledge of environmental testing as like as hot air oven.
Two roll mixer:-to make sheet polymeric materials for making compression moulded sheet and for other applications.
Compression moulding:-to make test specimen of plastic/rubber by compression moulding process.
UTM(universal testing machine):-it used to check mechanical properties of various polymer as like tensile strength, elongation break tensile modulus and tear strength.
MFI (melt flow index):-to observed uniformly flow rate of PP, ABS, TPR, TPE compounds.
Izod impact tester:-to check mechanical properties of, PP, ABS, PPCP,etc.
