Handling the R&D.
Preparing documents & maintaining related databases for experiments.
Identifying, collecting literature data, analysing synthetic routes and cataloguing data, making samples according to established protocol, procedures & standards, as appropriate to specific objectives of the study.
Planning and organising day-to-day research activities and resolve procedural problems as appropriate to the timely completion of research objectives.
