Job Profile:
Leading a team of 5 individuals while handling New Product development for Automotive, Functional, Furniture and Information Technology Sector for India Business and reporting to Country Manager and Technical Manager.
Development of Single Poly Urethane system for varies application, such as Easy clean coating using for Automotive and domestic appliance, for sublimation technology as wood finish coatings and for high chemical resistance as chemical laboratories.
Development of High Corrosion Resistance Epoxy product for solar energy project, 3 coat system was introduced as below Conductive primer (Epoxy +Zinc) as a primer, High resistance epoxy as a barrier coat and Super durable Polyester as a top coat to fulfill the durability in all weather. This is made for 20 years warranty on Mild steel substrate and fulfilled the requirement.
Development of Epoxy system for Electrical system, pipe coating application.
Provide the Technical support to various Function of AkzoNobel India Limited viz. New product trial, product process stabilization, Line Trail and as develop new products & process, improve and optimize the existing ones using new technology and /or new raw materials.
Regular meet with supplier for getting latest technology in field and innovation from them. Analysis the new raw material and submit to Global team for approval as well Global introduce.
Handling the customer requirements, all physical testing of finished goods of paints and also doing daily analysis of production batches using SQC tool for process stabilization.
Analyzing the customer complaints and finding the root cause analysis of the complaint and permanent solution to Customer.
Analysing the product performance both short term & long term properties.
Preparing SOP and reviewing documents & initiating internal/ external audits. Coordinate with the QA to ensure the document initiation & closure related to the instrument qualification, SOPs, protocol & deviation documents.
Instrumental in data collection and preparation of monthly reports to analyze trends and plan future course of action.
Ensuring required implementation of standard operating procedures.
Coordinating with various departments for implementation of various types of process validation activities.
