Key-Account Management:
Manage the complete account of the customers & work as an interface between customer and company, right from the Business approval. Executions of all the orders, promos, Ensuring high OTIF/DIFOT, Post-Sales services & close co-ordination with all the Procurement counterparts for timely payment remittance & sales.
Customer Group:
Reckitt-Benckiser, P&G, GSK, Cadbury- Kraftfoods, Hindustan Unilever (HUL), Amway, Godrej, J&J
PRODUCTION & PLANNING:
Production Planning, based on customer requirement.
Generation of Rolling Production Plans
Production scheduling
Production and dispatch tracking
Supply chain management
Costing of components
Dispatch planning
Preparation of Annual/Monthly sales budgets & ensuring achievement of same.
CO-ORDINATION
Act as a coordinator in PPC, Manufacturing, Q.C/Q.A & Warehouse.
With Packaging Development, for new product development, launch & to ensure compliance of existing products.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Development of new Articles with the co-ordination of Packaging & Development for existing or Prospective Customer.
