Increase Profitability – Monitor the profitability of Projects & if any cost increase, raise Price Increase request to customer to keep the Profit level.
Engineering Change – Increase the Profit of the Project through Engineering Change quotes.
Customer audit – Coordinating customer audits.
Localization – Study and implement the feasibility of localization in order to reduce import parts.
Cost Sheet – Update and review the Cost sheet of projects on regular intervals.
Delivery – Monitor and achieve the customer orders daily, weekly & monthly.
Customer Orders – Escalate the customer purchase order to management.
After Sales – Manage After sales business
Payments – Follow-up payments from customers & maintain ZERO overdue.
Accessing Customer sites regularly for updates (Covisint, VAATZ, etc.,).
Window Person – Making regular interaction with customers as an immediate window person.
