To plan & prepare shift schedule of Quality Shift Inspectors
To develop specification sheet and COAof every new film grade before it gets to commercial production.
To check PVC film quality on calendar and Slitting and give opinion report of the same. To check LAB values for colored film production ONLINE.
To guide shift Quality Shift Inspectors and overlook their work. To explain and brief every new QSI over film grade.
To crosscheck status of thickness variation along length wise as well as width wise for every shift for every calendar.
To prepare Daily Quality Report for slit rolls and mother rolls.
To make analysis for Customer rejection of material due to quality reason and submit the report.
