Job Profile:
7 QC tools: analyses Data & prepare action plan and ensure implementation of the same.

Incoming inspection of Raw materials: Incoming inspection of the Raw material Received As per The buying specifications.

Testing of Produced pipes as per QAP. Testing of the product as per the QAP. Tests like Tensile Testing, flexural, opacity, Reversion, Impact strength, Reversion, Gelation, Pressure Test etc has been performed for maintaining the quality of the pipes.

Testing Knowledge: Impact, VST, HDT, Opacity, Density, Internal Hydrostatic Pressure Test, Axial Shrinkage, Sulphuric Acid Test, Tensile Test, M.F.I, Leakage Test. And all incoming chemical testing Like K- Value, Lead as PBO Content for stabilizers, BD, Flow Time, Moisture Content, Specific Gravity, Ash content.

Troubleshooting measures: Troubleshooting in various quality equipment's & conducting preventive & autonomous maintenance in collaboration with maintenance team.  

Online inspection of production: Performing online inspection of the pipes to avoid any non- Confirmative pipes to skip. 

Final inspection of the produced pipes: Final inspection of the produced goods to eliminate any kind of nonconformity in products ensuring cent percent quality to customers.

Working on SPC and SQC: Statical process control and statical Quality control to check the stability of process as per IS 397.

Preparation of Docs for ISO 9001:2008 (QMS): Preparation of documents of ISO :9001:2008, 14001 EHS, QMS, documentation of BIS License. (IS-4985, IS-13592, IS 15265,IS 14148,IS 10124 & ensuring the implementation of system as well.

Rejection rework analysis: Rejection reworks analysis and creating the root cause and preventive action for the same.

Customer complaint analysis: 8- D customer complains analysis and site visit for the technical customer complaints. 

In process auditing: Audit done for the process parameters according to specific data sheet for better process control.

Works In various System to well manage the shop floor like: 5’S, Kaizen Projects team member to organize shop floor to overcome unnecessary delay in change over’s in m/cs.

Training & development: Supervising Training of Associates & Skill Matrix for overall development, awareness in associates that can lead to a perfect team and could deliver more.

Presentation of MRM Report: Wastage, Rejection, Rework, quality compliance, system reviews to arrest the drawback of system & accordingly CAPA to be taken to eliminate the nonconformity in finished goods
