Job Description

 Communications with International customers – Written / Oral in English on various matters/Thru Various Media like Skype/What’s APP/Viber etc.
- Co-ordinate pre-order formalities/Issue Orders to Production ensuring client requirements of specs.
- Co-ordinate/Liaison with all departments of company checking status of order/keep client updated/balance payment-LC to obtain/timely dispatch per specs./Management to bring notice to curtail delays
- Attending Foreign Client at time of Inspection visit and related Pre-Post visit co-ordination with relevant departments/clients
- Submission of MIS on various data's
- ISO System related activities/work

CRITETIA: MALE – Candidate Must be Gujarati , Residing nearer to GIDC Vatva location. Proficiency in English Written/Oral skills is must. Candidate who has worked in Industrial Machinery Export Sales Co-ordination will be preferred.
