Job Description

We are seeking an Extruder Assistant Manager with hands-on experience in Starlinger / Erema extrusion machines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for machine operation, maintenance, team management, and reporting to ensure smooth production.


Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of Starlinger / Erema extrusion machines.

Ensure machines are running efficiently with minimal downtime.

Perform minor repairs and troubleshooting to prevent breakdowns.

Strong operational knowledge of plastic recycling or extrusion processes.

Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Leadership skills with experience in team handling.
