Job Profile-
Monitoring production process to identify deviation leading to defect and rejection.
Monitoring subordinate and ensure amicable employee relation on shop floor.
Reporting to the production manager regarding m/c wise production, wastage and quality issues if any.
Achieving the production target according to the plan & taking important decision to meet the production targets.
Maintaining the quality standard of the finished goods as per the customerrequirements.
Minimize the wastage in process.
Improve the productivity.
Looking after the complete maintenance of the machine like preventive maintenance or any breakage or damage in the m/c.
Keeping good relationship with the maintenance team for better performance of the machine.
Having good knowledge about the machine process parameters for various jobs.
