Ability to look after all key operations in a manufacturing unit:
a. Production. b. Maintenance c. Logistics d. Stores/spares e. HR. F. Office administration.
Posses basic IT skills as well as ability to generate and analyse MIS reports.
Ability to lead and mange large number of people.
Experienced in the field of Rubber or Plastic industry.
