Excellent Team Building and Interpersonal Skills

Knowledge in compounding various engineering thermoplastics like
Polycarbonate, P.P.O (NORYL), PBT, Polyamide, GPPS, NYLON-6 &
NYLON-66, DELRIN, ABS for different grades like Heat stabilised, UV
Stabilised, Flame retardant for various applications

Knowledge in compounding various comoditity thermoplastics like
LDPE, HDPE and PP For different grades like UV Stabilizer, Flame
retardants, Talc filled and Glass filled.

Knowledge in Masterbatches of various commodity plastics and
engineering plastics with UV, FR Grades.

Processing knowledge of additive master batch like UV, processing aid,
ob effect, flame retardant, conductive black, static resistant, clarifying
agent, nucleating agent, foaming agent, purging compound.

Capability for running glass filled, mineral filled and flame retardant
grades with the twin screw extruder of W & P Company with highly
sophisticated PLC and LWF’S Loss Weighing Feeders.

Knowledge about various additives

Planning and execution of production schedule
