Job Description

We are looking for Fire and Safety Officer.

He will be responsible to-
1.Fire and safety supervision.
2.Maintenance of fire extinguisher hydrant line.
3.Documentation
4.Quarterly conduct mock drill.
5.Complete record of incident accident report in filing and take action.
6.Complete emergency evacuation plan.
7.Providing fire and safety training and induction to all management and contract personal.
8.Ensuring the conduction of food safety management system is established, implemented, maintained and operated as per the ISO 22000-2005 standard and BRC global standards.
9.Review request to change FSMS/BRC related procedures and work instructions and direct the food safety team through such reviews.
10.Prepare a flow Diagram for each product or process category covered by the product/food safety management system and verify the accuracy of those Diagrams.
11.Evaluate suppliers/vendors food safety system; monitor and report on supplier product/food safety performance on and ongoing basis.
12.Oversee the internal food safety audit program- select internal audit personnel, review result of food safety audits, ensure that corrective actions are understood, and supervise corrective actions.

Required Competencies:-
Candidate must be aware of safety and health measures.
Candidate must be able to communicate with people at all levels.

Qualification - Diploma or degree in fire and safety technology.

Experience - 2 years.
