Job Profile :-
Operator of 10-colour Nilpeter FA-17 UV-flexo press.
Perform preventative and regular maintenance on equipment
Operate flexo press machinery, Set job, Registration, make adjustments,repair and clean them as per requirements
Adjust the position, speed, distance of the printing plates as required
Shade matching, colour matching and mix ink making
Slitter Set ups to slit widths and tolerances as required
Ensure the printed materials confer the quality standards and client'sspecifications
Good knowledge in Tube Printing
Operate the laminator attached printing press to laminate the printed materials
Cut, fold and reshape the materials; before or after printing, to give the desired look
Visual Acuity to read and record weights and numbers
Ensuring Product Quality
Prepare reports for work completed, raw materials used up and wastages etc
The ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures and Safety Rules.
