Role & responsibilities
The purpose of this training is to understand the basic operations of the injection molding operations along with the auxiliary processes associated with it and to practically learn the things related to injection molding operations that we have learnt theoretically. Injection molding operations include the receipt, pre-molding molding and post-molding operations.
Role was to conduct Raw Material Testing, and to provide Testing services to the customer, which includes MFI test, Tensile Strength test, Percentage of elongation test, Filler Content test and Testing of plastic raw materials by using instruments like Melt Flow Indexer, Universal Testing, Salt Spray Chamber, Visual Color Examination, And Color Measurement etc.
Responsibilities as a quality person was to check the defects cause by every machines at a particular interval of time to analyze them and what was the cause of the defects and to overcome them by a relevant remedies for a optimize output of the products like Front and Rare Bumper, Dashboard, Front and rare fender.
