Company Profile:
The unit is engaged in the manufacturing of Press Tools, Moulds, Jigs & Fixtures and components. They also undertake job work on CNC Machines and wire EDM according to specification / drawings of the customer from various parties.
Latest addition being manufacturing tools for P.C.B application, Manufacturing Press Tools especially Progressive Tools, Injection Moulds, Jigs Fixtures are the main activity and also for the engineering industries for numerous applications like manufacturing and supplies of press components. And also specialized in prototype components manufacturing like, bus bars etc.
During the span of this year the unit has earned a good reputation in the market due to quality of its work and its competitive rates. The major customers for the unit are reputed companies like BEL, MICO, ESCORTS, TITAN LTD, SULZER INDIA LTD.PUNE etc. And also having overseas customers like SEB Eng and Trading Pte Ltd SINGAPORE and MSSL HOGG Tooling from SHARJA.



Projects :

1. PROGRESSIVE TOOL FOR BRACKET
This component is basically used in Central Processing Unit for mounting and clamping of hard disk, where the hard disk will be seated on two rubber bushes where the rubber bushes are inserted in the bracket to avoid the vibration of the hard disk. There is both the left and right brackets but this project consist of details of left bracket. The process involves operations like piercing, embossing, notching, 2 side bending, profile blanking and cutoff operations.
This is progressive tool in which many operations are done in a single tool.
There is 9 stages in tool.
It has got stripper ejector system
It is a part off tool
The operations consists of piercing, blanking, bending, embossing and lancing.

2. STRIPPER EJECTION MOULD
It is a plastic mould of which the component is used in the bill rolls. At a time this tool produces 8 components. It has got floating stripper ejection.
It's a machine injection mould.
Components are ejected using stripper plates.
Material used for molding is pc clear.
Cooling is provided to avoid mould heating .

3. FIXTURES FOR TOYATA COROLLA PARTS
Basically these are welding fixtures and also used as gauges. As per the customer requirement on position and clearance the fixture is designed.
It's a checking gauges .
Clamping of component is provided .
Datum's are provided near holes and slots for checking as per details.
