Work Experience

Project Detail:
B.E Project : Ultrasonic Detecting Device. This project is based on Robotics. Here the proximity sensor type of robot is built. The proximity sensor using Ultrasonic method is implemented in measuring the distance of the object, which would be touched by the robot (which is nothing but a shaft which could travel in a straight line using Stepper motor).

M.Tech Project : Mold and Part design for Measuring Spoon using Unigraphics. The Part design for the Measuring Spoon is carried out using Unigraphics and the Mold design is also carried out using Unigraphics. Using Unigraphics a lot of work can be done and one among them is the part and mold design. Unigraphics is an interactive Computer-Aided Design and Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAD/CAM) System. The mold parameters for the production of Measuring Spoon are as follows: Mold temperature 220-2800C; shot weight 310 grams; injection time 12 seconds; clamping force 130 tonnes; temperatures in barrel 200, 190, 185, 175, 1650C; material feeding (Screw Type); cycle time 27 seconds; cure time 8 seconds; ejection time 3 seconds; material preheating temperature 60-800C.
