An interest in reducing the toxic and landfill waste in our environment and with various studies on degradation of polymers, toxic reduction study, heater temperature study with environmentally viable studies and its safety analysis were taken and designed taskly its required mini boiler and it air way condencer with many theoretical calculation and conclusion with its task of proper proposition of catalyst with raw wastes polymer and to bring the required quality of a fuel and have been proved with a certificate of analysis(COA).
