• Ensuring Quality in production. Initiate corrective actions to solve quality problems in production, if necessary to solve quality problems.
• Meeting machine-wise, article-wise and performance targets.
• Maintaining all process parameters of machine and equipment as per the instruction form time to time to control rejection rate below the norms.
• Getting the finishing and control operations done on the machine it self’s, wherever and when ever possible.
• Supervising operator self control.
