Mold Flow Analysis for FUNNEL LENS by finding Suitable Process Parameters that is required proper Molding method and designing different types of gate points, analyzing the LENS by different process parameter and create the multiple runner layout, mold cavity duplication wizard find the correct parameter for molding the FUNNEL LENS. This project is going to implement in DEPARTMENT OF SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY , Government of India.

Design and Fabrication of FRP Scrubbing tower
This is pollution control equipment used in the industries for purifying the Waste like water, solid and Gas. Objective of my project is convert the metal scrubbing tower into FRP composite Scrubbing tower which has more corrosion resistance and life time when compare to normal Metal scrubbing tower.

Optimization of Process parameters in injection moulding machine for cover in Grand Tools Pvt. Ltd., Chennai
?????????????????Setting the process parameters successfully within few trial shots and optimize the overall cycle time without any defects and save the cost to company. Here we find suitable process parameter by analyzing the cover by MOLD FLOW ANALYSIS and find the suitable process parameter for molding purpose.
