Major Project (M.Tech) (Jan-May’13)
Research project presently being carried out at IOCL R&D-Faridabad, is entitled “Development of a method for quantification of additives in polyolefins (HDPE) using Infrared Spectroscopy & X-Ray Fluorescence”. The objective of this project is to develop a faster & easily workable technique for quantifying additives for suitable application in quality control.

Minor Project (M.Tech) (Aug-Dec’12)
The project “Fabrication & Characterization of Reclaimed Rubber-Wood Composite” consisted of tackling the ever growing menace of waste tyres by fabricating low cost composite using two roll mill equipment & its characterization.

Major Project (B.Tech) (March-May’2011)
Worked on a project entitled “Adsorption of 2-Picoline from Aqueous Solution by Granular Activated Carbon: Isothermal & Kinetic study”. It encompassed successful adsorption of 2-picoline from aqueous solution & studying various parameters such as effect of contact time, isothermal study and kinetic study.

4 week summer training (June-July'12).
Worked closely with the polymer processing engineers in the production plant, which included manufacturing of automotive parts via Injection molding and further electroplating of parts. Thus helped me to gain experience in defects removal of injection molded parts, various quality control techniques, the technique of electroplating and also effluent treatment of electroplating waste.
