Extrusion of thermoplastic material can be achieved through various means depending upon the product manufactured. In Extrusion process, screw extruder plays an important role. As screw is in continuously in operation.It needs to study the various forces exerted by the screw. Thus we have adopted proper approach & methodology in a design of extrusion screw.
