Designed successfully the gear box assembly of washing machine using Pro-E Wildfire-4 and Auto CAD-2010 as the final year B.Tech project. Analyzed the stress-strain resistance of the product, properties of the material used and effects of location of the runner and gate system, injection speed, cooling time on the product using mould flow analysis to attain improvised performance level.
Formulated toluene based self cleaning paint using nano TiO2. Studied the enhanced photo-catalytic effects of nano TiO2 paint with Methylene Blue solution under high intensity UV light as well as direct sunlight at Institute of Minerals and Materials Technology (IMMT), Bhubaneswar in summer 2011.
Designed the “Hand injection mold of Key-ring” using auto cad-2008. Manufactured the key rings using various conventional and non-conventional machining and molding equipments at CTTC (Central Tool Room and Training Center), Bhubaneswar in Summer 2010. Achieved high quality surface-finish at comparatively low cost of production.
