In-House Project Work during educational curriculum:
Energy Recovery from Plastic waste (B.Tech)
Description:
In my project heat energy is recovered from polyolefin waste and this project is comes into the quaternary recycling.
Calorific value of polymer is higher than wood and coal. So it is profitable to us. We have to reduce the cost of heating.

Responsibilities:
Blending of the furnace oil with plastic waste with different proportion from 0 to 5.
Testing as well as flowing properties of these blending for the ignition purpose as well as energy recovery purpose.
Understanding new business requirements and creating prototype for the same.

Design and fabrication of injection mold (Diploma)
Description:
In this project design as well as fabrication of the injection mold for different product purpose and the study of which types of the technique used for fabrication purpose.
Responsibilities:
I have performed primary design and finishing of injection mold and then we have implemented it.
