Removal of Ammonia from purge gas using Packed Column Absorber

The purge gas from ammonia synthesis section of the industry is collected and its ammonia content is removed using a suitable absorption system. The treated purge gas is then used as at the hydrodesulphurisation section and reforming section of the plant. The removed ammonia is then used again as raw material for urea manufacturing, for reducing the pH of naphtha and at the demineralisation section.

Synthesis and characterization of flexible and stretchable polyimide containing long and bulky pendent group.

Description
Preparation of diamine containing ether linkage and bulky pendent group. Newly synthesised diamine was made to react with dianhydride to form polyamic acid. Further addition of nanomaterial to polyamic acid stage will leads to formation of nanocomposite. Nanocomposite is expected to have high toughness along with rubbery nature which has reduced crystalinity.
