Main objective of the training was to acquaint with different operations involved in the production of Masterbatches.
Responsibility:
Fully responsible for the Project given titled “Reduction in Consumption of Cleaning Material”
Assist the Production Manager with the development of the Cleaning techniques of the extruder.
Scheduling and controlling of production process.
Handling and proper utilizing the manpower.
Trained 7 operators
Increased productivity by providing right cleaning procedure.
Successfully decreased the consumption of cleaning material by proving the new purging compound named “ECO-PURGE”.

ACADEMIC PROJECT:
Project: “Study of condensation of crude glycerol obtained from Bio-diesel synthesis with adipic acid and succinic acid in the presence of acid catalyst.” under the guidance of Lecturer Mr.B.C Halami, LIT, Nagpur.
Details:
Successfully carried out the synthesis of the Bio-diesel and separation of the crude glycerol.
Crude glycerol may convert from its current state as an advanced intermediate or chemical end product to a starting material for the large family of compounds by undergoing condensation reaction with adipic acid and succinic acid.
Biodiesels consists of short chain alkyl esters which are produced from renewable resources like animal fats and plant seeds. Biodiesels are not only eco-friendly but also biodegradable and non-toxic.
Biodiesels are produced by transesterification reaction in which vegetable oil is chemically reacted with an alcohol (mainly methanol) in presence of catalyst like KOH and NaOH.
The main achievements of this project are :
Developed a process to produce Biodiesel in the lab
Experimentally produced biodiesels using soyabean oil.
Determined the percent yield of crude glycerol in biodiesel synthesis.
Developed a condensation process of crude glycerol.

Future Goals

To pursue a challenging career in the field of Plastic and Polymer technology and to associate with an organization, where I can utilize my knowledge and skills for benefit in the progress of the company
