Work Experience

Fresh/Entry Level

In-plant Training
Completed an In Plant Training at Pentair Water India Pvt Ltd, Verna, Goa- 403722, under the guidance of Mr. K. Paramshivam, for a duration of Six Weeks, from 16th May 2011 to 30th June 2011. During training time, I have successfully completed the projects titled as follows:

To check chemical compatibility with Norit
Norit is another pressure vessel product of industry and I have checked chemical compatibility of resin (Epoxy Resin) and hardener (Methyl Tetra Hydro Pthallic Anhydride).

Viscosity, Specific Gravity, Gel Time & Peak Exothermic Temperature for CodeLine Resin Mix
Incoming resin (Epoxy Resin) and hardener (Methyl Tetra Hydro Pthallic Anhydride) are tested for viscosity, gel time and gel temperature, peak exothermic time and peak exothermic temperature using Brookfield Viscometer.

Composite Roto Molding Process Study.
Studied compete roto moulding process study, within it I have studied raw materials used for roto moulding products, production process, product features, operating conditions, applications of roto moulding process.

Seminar And Projects
Studied on a topic An overview on stimuli responsive polymers and successfully given presentation on  it in October 2012 and Studied subtopics Introduction of smart polymers, Categorization of stimuli-responsive polymers, Polymers with dual stimuli-responsiveness, Emerging applications of smart polymers, Future directions within it.

Project completed successfully under guidance of Prof. R. N. Jagtap on a topic Ultrasonic Polymerization in April 2012.
The main objective of the present investigation is to study the ultrasonic polymerization process, to polymerize butyl acrylate monomer using high intensity uiltrasound by emulsion polymerization technique and to characterize the polymer formed by ultrasonication.
Ultrasonic polymerization is affected by various parameters like temperature, frequency etc, so the effect of these parameters on ultrasonic polymerization is also studied in this project.

Future Goals

To obtain a position that will enable me to use my strong organizational and communicational skills, educational background, and ability to work well with people.
