As a trainee, i have gained a lot of experience about the processing of Injection moulds and injection moulding machine process (manufacturing household articles, electrical parts and internal trials and also trials for outside moulds) and also in the tool room manufacturing Injection moulds mainly moulds based on automobiles parts (For Volkswagen car interior parts, Skoda fog lamps cover and interior parts, cars front grill, china’s intricate moulds). It was a good experience to work with the employers practically in assembly and disassembly of moulds, sorting operation, manufacturing of different parts of the moulds and various machining operation carried out for moulds and to know its sequence of manufacturing and assembly process. This has made me understand importance of the moulds and its use in processing.

6 Months at Shri Gajanana Industries Pvt. Ltd.
Being a trainee in this Industry was a great experience assign with lots of work and also with a project (on how to reduce mould change time with minimum time and with less effort) in the Department of Injection mould processing. Have gain technical knowledge from my supervisor on making of systematic process chart for every moulds, inspection of the article at the time of moulding and identifying the defects, (Industry is based on internal moulds trial as it is based on mould manufacturing and the time remain apart also does the external trials for other Industries and production as per the customers requirement) visually identification of the polymer materials, arranging of the incoming raw materials, noting process parameters after each and every mould, systematic handling of the production also with its packaging, also had operated microprocessor injection moulding machine with operator guidance and other machine and also have worked with operator for clamping of the mould, attaching hydraulics and water cooling pipelines and connectors used for manifold heating. I have gained a great experience through this training and had enjoyed doing training and also had a good communication with the supervisor and with other employers.

Future Goals

To be a dynamic Engineer in the field of plastics and to gain knowledge in each and every field related to plastics based industries with technical and practical experience.
