Project:- Biodegradable Composites of Poly-Capro Lactone (PCL) & Coconut shell powder doing in collaboration with “National Chemical Laboratory (NCL) Pune.” 

Project Summary:- 
To study formulation, properties and synthesis of a new biodegradable composite of PCL & coconut shell powder.
This composite is low cost and high strength material because of fine granules of shell powder are used in it.
To made extrusion grade for processing  of this composite material for commercial 
level application.

Plant:- Food packaging film extrusion.Produce multiple grade packaging film for edible oil & milk & milk product by “Three Layer Blown Film Extrusion” machine with corona treatment for printing.

LEP consist of thin film of polymer sandwich between an anode and cathode
