Machinery Required: Rotational Molding
Method of Manufacture: Open Flame method using LPG.
Density of PVC ball: 2293g/ccm
Properties analyzed: Electrical Properties, Mechanical Properties
Raw materials: PVC Powder, Plasticizer
Process Details:
First fill the Die with raw materials, PVC Powder & Plasticizer. PVC Powder & Plasticizer are mixed with PVC resin. Then fill the Die with 3-5 spoons of mixed raw materials. Then close the Die & fix it into the Rotational Molding. Run the Rotational Molding with 15-20 rpm full rotation & then switch it off. Then cool the Die. Next Step is open the Die & make the Ball to become smooth round shape. Blow the Ball by cutting small hole & passing air.
