Introduces new carriage to the machine that gave ease to the moment of two moulds at a time, which increase productivity of the component but the carriage is to operate manually.

Graduation:
Optimisation of cycle time of street lamp cover by using mold-flow plastic insight software.
By changing cooling channel patterns, materials and altering the parameters of processing in the software we are finding out ultimate cooling channel and material for street lamp cover That helps to govern design of mould and processing parameter of injection moulding machine for street lamp cover. Due to cycle time optimization we got reduced warpage as well this happen only because best cooling channel. But warpage is not major concern.
But the ultimate aim is to learn CAD and CAE software for understanding relationship between designing and production process.
