Our project work  comprises a dry rubber moulded product development and preparation of a project report for  commercially viable small scale production industry of the product. The product was a rubber mat which is suited for staircase without slipping. The project envisages product description, Product design and specifications on CAD, Mould design, Mould making, Trial run, Market survey, details of sourcing of materials, Process  design for commercial production, Compound design, Quality assurance and testing testing.
