Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic General Manager - Finance & Accounts to lead our financial planning, management, and accounting functions. The successful candidate will oversee financial operations, develop financial strategies, and provide leadership to the finance team.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Financial Planning: Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve business objectives.
Financial Management: Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Accounting and Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintenance of accounting records.
Financial Analysis and Reporting: Provide financial insights and analysis to support business decisions.
Leadership and Team Management: Lead and manage the finance team, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring adequate internal controls and risk management processes.
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, bankers, and regulatory bodies.
Process Improvement: Continuously review and improve financial processes, systems, and controls.

Requirements:
Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA)
Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Skills: Strong financial management, leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industry-specific financial regulations and standards.
