Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements.
Planning human resource requirements in consultation with heads of different functional & operational areas and conducting selection interviews in line with business requirements and employee turnover trend. Recruited more than 150 employees in different hierarchy within 6 months. Defining roles and responsibilities of various positions in the form of Job descriptions. Overseeing the talent acquisition process, to ensure intake of quality manpower at right time and appropriate cost. Organizing for campus recruitment’s, developing relations with selected campuses for graduate trainees and effectively handling campus drives. ER/IR & Compliance Management:-
Liaison with various Govt. agencies to ensure smooth functioning of the business. Meet statutory compliances. Contract Labour Management. Keep up to date on employment related legislation and ensure the organization meets its legislative obligations on various fronts ie. Factory Directorate, Labour Enforcement, PF etc. Ensure good relations with government official’s politicians and local community. Develop intelligence network within the organisation as well as outside to get timely vibes of the under current pertaining to Industrial Relations. Highlight to the Management about any potential areas for exposure to ER/IR problems. Regular interaction with union. Timely resolve employee grievances in a fair and equitable manner. Collaborate with local communities and support CSR initiatives in Villages. Ensure discipline.
Administration of Employee Welfare & Security:
Administration of Canteen, Staff Colony, Guest House, Company Vehicles and ensure security and safety of employees and premises.
