Successfully identified the root cause of the production loss and increased the tonnage of monthly production from 240 tons 290 tons to utilize the 90% capacity of all 3 divisions within 18 months.
Re structured & rehabilitation of a rigid plastic container manufacturing unit within a span of 18 months to improve the share holder’s value as well as paying the debtors and term loans.
Took a hard decision to stop all less margin and loss making products in conjunction with the customer’s approval and increased the gross margin by 8% to prevent the cash loss and to achieve the breakeven monthly turn over.
