Job Description

Required Experience:
Head of Operations /GM Operations for FIBC/BIG BAG/BULK BAG/BUILDER BAG/WPP BAG manufacturing company.
At least 15 years of total actual field level experience in FIBC /Jumbo/Big bag industries with at least 5 years experience as General Manager or Factory Head.

Exposure sought:
Persons having working experience in the 10 top ranking FIBC industries of India or reputed FIBC industry in other countries like, Thailand, China, Vietnam, Turkey, if available, will be given preference.

Job Responsibility:
Planning, Coordination, Training and R&D to achieve the goal of efficient production, efficient resource utilization and optimum productivity of the 3 companies (situated in same location).

Industry Type: Flexible Plastic Packaging, specifically FIBC/ Jumbo/ Big /PP woven bag manufacturing industry.

About Company

We have three manufacturing conglomerates manufacturing and exporting FIBC/ Big bags/Jumbo bags, Woven Sacks, Tarpaulin, Monolayer Films etc. One is a 100% export oriented Joint Venture Company with foreign investment and is producing high end FIBC bags. The second one is producing PP Woven bags for local and & FIBC bags for international markets. The 3rd one is mainly producing PP Woven bags for local markets and relatively low end FIBC bags for export. We produce a wide variety of FIBC bags from builders’ bags to food grade bags for exporting to different countries of the world. Annual turnover of the three companies is about BDT 1500 million.
