Job Profile:
Coordinating the entire development activities including requirement analysis, planning, Budgeting, finalising specifications and prototype development.
Ensure all 4M resources availability & readiness such as Moulding Machines, Assembly SPM, Inspection facility set up with line readiness & trained manning to meet target JPH & Straight thru ratio.
Performing complete development APQP review with customer and in-house departments. Timely monitor development, ECN, Product & process validation to ensure timely delivery as per customer MRD.
Troubleshooting all technical problems; conducting various tests & inspections to ensure products developed are in compliance with pre-set quality specifications.
Conducting PTR at in-house and supplier end; verifying complete PPAP activity and sign off from customer.
Ensure system adherence as per ISO/TS: 16949. Achieve target score of customer audit MMA – M&M, RAR – BAL, QSB-GMI & VDA-6.3- VW as per set Milestone.
Handover complete project to Plant team after SOP+ 3months. Monitor & root cause analysis with actions to avoid repetition of Quality and delivery concerns. Monitor inventory and ensure no absolute inventory.
