Job Description

Manager should be dynamic and must possess complete technical knowledge of tape plant, looms & woven Sacks. He should assume the overall responsibility of factory on a 24-hour basis.
Report and look after the day to day maintenance of all machines and ensure production lines are running flawlessly.
Monitor stock levels, ensure sufficient stock positions and perform inventory reconciliations.
Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly results, budgets, and quarterly rolling forecasts.
Supervise back office operations including arrangement and management of all the manpower for the factory.
Improve existing process and streamline workflows, formulation of policies and their implementation for best usage of resources.
Manager should plan on exploring different ways to reduce costs through various raw material blends.
Ensure orders are prepared & executed on time and plan for future orders and obtain sales whenever possible.
