Company Profile: A leading company in manufacturing of Extruded, Blow Moulded and Injection Moulded products, In Blow Moulding the product range covers from 20 ltrs capacity to 245 ltr Barrel capacities and 1000 Ltr IBC’s. And a well equipped Injection moulding facility (with around 400 moulds) for manufacture of House hold and industrial items like furniture, Pails, Single use Syringes, etc. The extrusion facility include turf, HDPE pipes, PET sheets, Bubble sheets, etc. The company has six product manufacturing units in one of the location and one machine manufacturing unit which is under my direct supervision.

Work Experience:

Designing of hydraulics for blow moulding machines as per the requirement.
Manufacturing of 20 ltr to 150 ltr accumulator head blow moulding machines.
Instrumental in designing, manufacturing of blow moulds.
Manufacturing of extrusion machines for production of plastic turf.
Assisting in handling technical aspects/trouble shooting for all blow moulding plants.
